Yellow Coconut Cake

Next time I have an excuse to bake something sweet, this is it.

It's a moist, dense, so-healthy-I-may-have-the-leftovers-for-breakfast yellow coconut cake.

If your excuse arises before mine, would you please leave a comment with your thoughts on the recipe? (Maybe I don't even need an excuse...?)

There you have it. My greatest food weakness-- cakes.

    Hey Angela! I'm definitely a blog stalker and *love* seeing all the pictures of your perfect little family.
